  • I've bought and sold many cars and the dealer fianance department and sales man Shane let my car shopping visit be doom and gloom.They low balled me on my trade so I wasn't able to come close to a deal.I called Shane and he said we could work out a deal On a cheaper car he had.I had the day off so I waited for his call.After several calls to him and finance no return calls .Then at 6:15pm after waiting since morning he said oh I'm sorry I can't make a deal,sorry I was too busy selling cars.I guess I was not as important to him or his dealer. Very disappointed customer.Barry Paul Sennert
