  • I don't know what happened, they used to be so good when they opened a few years back. My boyfriend came up this weekend and I suggested this as the place to go for some good pancakes. It was surprisingly slow for 10am on a Sunday, and we were seated immediately. We ordered our food as soon as the waitress came by for our drink orders, and we still waited a good half hour for 2 plates of pancakes and a side of bacon. The bacon came out inedible, it looked like it had been forgotten on the grill and was a few seconds away from being black. I'm not joking. I have no idea why the waitress thought this was okay to serve to someone. When we asked to have it taken back, she argued saying she thought my boyfriend had asked for it crispy. He hadn't, but even if he had, this bacon was so "crispy" it could have been crushed and snorted. The pancakes were alright, but between the mediocre service and meh food, $35 was unacceptable.
