  • These are trashy ass apartments. Words cannot explain how disgusted we are by these apartments and the tenants! When we first came here, they were suppose to fix up any damages that were made by the pervious renters, but they did not. We had a kicked in door with a broken lock, open holes from the outside, nasty dishwasher, bugs and flies all over, broken fan, sliding door seem loose, and just over all they do NOT F***ING KEEP UP with their renters! They never pick up your call or answer back. When you do get them on the phone and tell them what you need fixed, they are always short on staff and NEVER fix what was asked to be fixed! They raise the rent up without letting you know. We moved in Feb., and the next F***ING month our rent went up! They said we'd have a washer and drier, but we have neither! The area in and out is horrible, they do not clean up. I'd recommend no one to ever move into these apartments.
