If I could give no stars I would-this is a perfect example of a company that takes advantage of the consumer to the "n" degree every time a new homeowner takes over an existing system.
Bottom line is I have a home with an extensive system already in place and after the installation/sales rep set in my kitchen for over an hour refusing to do anything until I agreed to add improvements to my system. Then he reviewed my system and I found it odd that he told me what I needed "before" he saw my new system. I started to think that this guy wasn't smart enough to just come in and take over the system OR he was far smarter than I am and wasConniving a type away to swindle as much money as possible out of this new-install instead of just performing the straightforward arrangement previously agreed-upon with the sales people on the phone.
This company should be reported to the Better Business Bureau. As well I am quite concerned with my true security level in a company that practices deception as its main sales technique!
