ZERO-STARS!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY!!! I write this because if you do, you will waste a lot of it! I place my order with Best Buy (?) Shutters on 8/29/15. After waiting 10 days for a call back from the company, I decided to call them. I was told my order was almost ready and that I could have my blinds installed on Sept. 18th between 2 pm and 4 pm. Sept.18th finally rolls around and the installers show up at 3:55 pm. While attempting to install the vertical blinds for my sliding glass door, the installer realizes the louvers are two inches too short. He advised me that he will take them back and have them remade. I asked him how soon they would be complete, he said he would put them in as a rush order and I would receive a call back to schedule the installation. I never received a call from anyone on the following Monday (Sept 21), so I called them (again) and was advised the manager would call me back. That never happened, either. I called once more on Thursday (Sept. 24) and was able to reach someone who said the installers could come out on Friday. I advised her I would not be home on Friday and that Saturday would be better. She stated Saturday would be fine and the manager would call me back to arrange a time. That never happened. On Friday (Sept 25), I received a voicemail from the installer stating he would be at my house in 40 minutes. Apparently, he did not receive the message that I would not be home! So I call the company one more time to try and figure out what happened and how she planned to make things right. The manager told me the soonest the installers could be back out would be Sept 30 or Oct 1. So, I am still waiting for my vertical blinds with the expectation of having them installed on 2 Oct since that's the next date I could be available. You would think a company that knows it screwed up would be willing to do whatever is necessary to make customers happy. Apparently, someone at Best Buy Shutters needs to go to school to learn some basic business management. The only reason I give them one star is because Yelp won't let me leave the stars completely blank...so ZERO STAR rating for Best Buy Shutters!
