  • What terrible service. We stayed in the 775 SF 1bed suite and when we checked in early morning, we requested a strip view close to an elevator with a pack n play for a baby. We ended up getting an airport view at the end of the longest hotel hallway I've ever seen and no pack n play. The hallway must have been several hundred feet long. I called to see if we could switch rooms and was hold for 20 mins just to find out there was nothing they could do. I guess all the 1bed tower suites are at the end of hallways so I won't fault them for that. The entire stay we had a mysterious sewer smell coming out of the bathroom which the engineer said was coming from other rooms above us. Our 3rd day included no running water and the lights would periodically not work. We also had an automatic shade that didn't work and needed to be repaired. All these incidents happened individually and each time I called was 10-20 minutes I'll never get back. For all the trouble and wasted time, they were only able to comp 2 nights resort fees and a late check out. Pretty pathetic. Warning to those who are interested in the 1bed tower suite, they are all at the end of extremely long hallways and the living room area is very dark. There are only 2 side lamps for the room. I've never posted a negative hotel review but this experience and the lack of want by the hotel to make this right just annoyed me.
