  • I've been hearing about liquid nitrogen chilled ice cream for a while now...finally got a chance to try it. Went for a medium cup with the 'premium' cream (vs. sorbet, or coconut milk, or organic - because - it's ice cream - get the good stuff...what is wrong with you people?!??! ;-)) Picked espresso as my flavor, and went with chocolate fudge topping. The ice cream was really creamy...good flavors...would be nice to have a cone option (they had chocolate bowls, waffle bowls, etc., but...) Fun - neat experience - good ice cream. Give it a go!!
