  • Grooming folks ROCK!!!! Amanda is Sophie the dog's groomer (aka Sophie, owner of everything in my home and she just lets me stay there and provide food, treats, etc. dog). Sophie dog met Amanda at the PetSmart in Bullhead City, AZ. When I moved, I didn't even know that Amanda had transferred to the exact store that I was making my new dog happy home. She takes great care with Sophie, a senior dog. All the folks there in the grooming facility are nice, they greet you each and every time, and they take great care with the dogs. I have made it a practice for many, many years to float back into the business (any PetSmart where I have left Sophie) and watch from a distance from time to time. I want to see how my dog interacts with the groomer (and vice-versa) as well as with the dogs and groomers around her. It's my furry child...I do that with groomers, vets, etc. just like a parent would with his/her own child in terms of child care, doctors, etc. Amanda takes a personal interest in how Sophie is doing each time she comes in and she knows how to work with her. I had four stars and Sophie dog just stared at me until I changed it to five!!!!!
