  • Hubby and I were walking around St. Lawrence market when out of the corner of my eye I see a sign that says "Best sausages in town, no preservatives", $1 each (need to purchase a minimum of 5). The sausages are made in house with Ontario Beef. Curiosity gets the best of us and we walk on over to the case that's dedicated solely to them. The elderly staff are on the cranky side so look for the younger guys to help you out. We picked one of each: Macedonian, Chorizo, Caribbean Jerk, Italian spicy, Super Extra Hot (don't believe it). We took them home, popped them in the oven and conducted our own taste test. We enjoyed all of them except the Macedonian one, not wild about the spicing. Would definitely go back for their affordable sausages, and to try some of their cooked items.
