  • I am as skeptical as they come. Didn't know what to Expect, read some negative reviews figured Id see for myself I'm taking 6 wks of b12 shots and an appetite suppresant. Which I have not had any Side affects from.:) Going on my second week already lost 5 lbs. I'm following their Instructions regarding excercise and eating healthier. I am very pleased With everything so far. Sindy was my first contact She was awesome! I was nervous and clueless I had never tried anything like this before Sindy was very patient and informative. No pressure what soever To do or buy anything I didn't want. I look forward to going back next week :)
