| - Sales team is great here. They, of course, are because they want to make that sale and get their commission. Needless to say, a great experience when you want to purchase.
As for the service department, that is a different story. Stay far, far away from the service department here. My brand new truck had the weld break on the driver's seat (totally different story), so I brought it in to have them repair or replace. Took them almost a full day to call me back to let me know that they had to replace the whole seat and that it would be in the following Monday and they would install right away and have ready that evening.
As with my normal Chevy dealership, they call me when it ready for pick-up or perhaps there is some kind of delay, which can happen, but I should be in the loop on it.
No call on Tuesday, so i decided to call down to find out the status myself. Come to find out, the work is not done still and they said that it should be done by noon tomorrow and that they would give me a call.
The most frustrating part about this is that I am paying for a brand new truck, that has a major safety issue, and there is no urgency to get it repaired and get it back to me. I'm paying to own a truck that sits at their dealership. No apology or anything.
Take your vehicle service to Freeway Chevrolet off the I-10 and Ray Rd. It's worth the drive, even though I now live in Gilbert.
