  • Horrible experience. I got new glasses, and one lens had a tiny scratch. I went back, and they said they would order a new lens and replace the damaged one when it came in. A few days later, they called, said the new lens was in, so I went to the store. They took my glasses into the back, and a little while later brought them back out and said they had replaced the lens. Except they didn't! They did something to simulate a repair to the part of the lens where they thought the scratch was, thinking I would think they have given me a new lens. But they worked on the wrong part of the lens, so the scratch was still there. They lied, and they committed fraud.
