The first time I visited was great, but I visited for a second time today got what i wanted then had to wait 10 minutes just to pay, I'm a medical patient and to see recreational guests who entered after me getting to pay before me when I simply asked for one item and raw tips, then when I get up to the register the lady said oh "it's really how they process your order and how they put you in line" not to be rude BUT I think a medical patient who had entered the vicinity before a recreational guest automatically has priority, especially when they are buying one item not only was I skipped over once, but TWICE, EXTREMELY disappointed contemplating not to come back and to just stick with apothecary shoppe or shango. If there were any complications with my order or if there were any delays the patient should be notified immediately. Extremely unprofessional.
Edit: just talked to the manager and he is handling the situation , I'm impressed on how well it was handled bumping 1 star to 3 just due to manager Damien (sp? I'm not sure if that's how you spell his name) thank you for your help
