  • Update to Previous Review: I feel compelled to update my review from 1 Star to 5 for the excellent response I received from an owner. The owner is refunding my manicure and offered to let me try again on the house. I ultimately had to cancel my appointment because of a work obligation, but I am left with a far better feeling about The Beauty Room and was blown away by the customer service response. They really do care about the work they are doing and the way they are received in the community. My shellac manicure took almost 2 hours and began to chip 3 days in. I emailed them. I was offered a free fix via phone message, to their credit, but by that time my shellac began to chip further and peeled right off of my nails. I've been getting shellac for a long time. This has never happened. Ever. Save yourself the time and money. The photo I attached is less than a week in to my shellac manicure. Didn't give the polish any assistance it flaked and peeled right off like this on multiple nails. So disappon
