Extremely upset that 2 times this company has taken a amount due to a collections company after I had been in their office and told them I had a balance due and they're response was don't worry we'll bill your insurance company. The funny thing is I don't mind paying the copayment but I do mind being sent to a collections agency without any notice or phone calls or even a billing department to contact you back after leaving messages. My co payment was 110 now i had to pay 150 for fees! You guys were extremely close to my home I have taken my daughters there since you've opened but I don't have time to be on the phone for hours trying to figure out why I'm getting a damn collections call from a visit in July 2017 especially when I was at your office 2xs in January of 2018 and was told we had a zero balance! It's not the money I'm upset about but it's the customer service and the credit reporting agency that is really upsetting considering we live in a credit based country and I pride in my good credit and reputation.
