  • I think the staff here at CVS on Valle Verde is AMAZING! Every rim I walk in they say hello, ask me how my day is. You never find this anymore with customer service. I don't know any of the staffs names. They all have a name tag, but I'm always in a rush. The lady with the white hair is always so friendly and welcoming. The Hispanic guy who's only been at this CVS is so nice, prompt to get things done and remembers everyone, not just me. The gray hair lady at first I wasn't sure if, but I have to say is always smiling now, happy and puts a smile on my face. The Asian girl, if the line is to long and she's stocking Jumps right up to the register and gets the line moving. When those coupon lady's come in, I want to turn around and walk out. The nice thing is every time, the coupon lady's are checking out they always call for backup. Those coupon lady's are NUTS. I feel sorry for your checkers. BUT for the first time I used my $6 coupon. My client just had surgery and was starving. I'm a stylist and didn't want her to pass out. I wasn't doing a service on her, but she was getting her nails done by another coworker. I offered to get her something to eat. She said no, but then said Julie I would love just some almonds. So I got up, walked across the street and bought her a trail mix with almonds and cashews. I asked if I could use this $6 coupon. The lady said absolutely YES! no one will ever know how much that $6 coupon meant to me, because I'm the girl that always holds a smile, tries to look my best and appear that everything is perfect in my life. I just want to say THANK YOU CVS. It meant a lot, for the coupon and your AWESOME STAFF
