  • The follow up of my story of my wife Ford Focus. I took the car in again for the transmission was do same old problems of rolling in gear, slipping, shuttering ,downshifting too much and up shifting too much. I left the car and they gave me a nice loaner car to drive. They then had car for 5 and one half weeks in their service department. I got a call saying the car was done. It drove like a dream for 1 week. Then all of the above mentioned problem returned. We were done with this car. I ended up trading it in on a new car at a another local non Park Ford dealership. They gave us $10,500 for a car with less than 10,000 miles on it and less than 2 years of age. I a hoping to receive a settlement from Ford for some of my loss. In short STAY AWAY from Park Ford.
