  • My roommate and I loved the unit's location but the service is awful. We constantly had to follow up with any maintenance requests and one of the associates Jennifer is very rude. They changed the ability to pay rent for each one of us even though that was one of the reasons we chose them over another property. When asked about why they changed to a system that doesn't allow separate payments, Jennifer was very rude and said because other people had ruined it for us. There were no alternative solutions provided. While we still lived in the unit they had a random walkthrough scheduled in less than 48 hours during typical work hours and they had additional visitors come along that brought small children without letting us know that a group of 10 people would be coming over and going through our stuff while neither one of us were present. It left us feeling violated and there was no apology when we called in about the matter. They simply said they had every right to come in whether we were home or not even though that isn't in the contract and when I asked for proof nothing was provided. Finally during our final walk through, we were told we would get our full deposit back and everything looked great. Instead we received less than half of our deposit and no details as to why so much of our deposit was taken besides a generic note that said cleaners fee even though it had been detailed beforehand. Overall it was an awful experience.
