  • The best health food store ever! I have been going to this store for on and off for 30 years. They have everything, things that most other stores don't have. Their prices are great, less expensive than Loblaws and even NoFrills for the same item. They have sheep's milk yogurt. They have unrefined sea salt (the best!). They have goat's milk yogurt for the same price or less than cow's milk yogurt at other stores. And these are specialty items that are hard to find. The staff is extremely knowledgeable. The store is so packed with stock that the space to walk in is very tight, but I gladly endure that for the perks this place offers. In fact, this downside is so small compared to the upsides that I give it 5 stars!!
