  • Before I get into my review I want to say 2 things that are positive about the place. The prices seem good. AAA members get some discounts. And they offer a 2 year, 24000 mile warranty on parts and labor. After talking off and on with the shop the past few days I am shortening this review. Overall the impression I got is that the car was released from the shop without being thoroughly checked. The shop manager called my wife and did talk to her. They were willing to work with us a bit about our issue. Our impressions of this shop were not good. But I do not think that they are trying to lie to customers. Forgetting a post repair diagnostic? Yes. But the shop manager did work with us and their prices are fair and the warranty seems pretty good. We'll stick with our old shop for now.
