  • I attempted to visit this location (as the parking options are much better than Art Central or Fashion Central) and was shocked to find it's closed! It didn't look like a renovation job, and this location is no longer listed on the website. Either way, my first experience here was about 18 months ago. I visited about 10 times, yet never ventured from my trusty Americano to drink. My sister adored the Nutella Latte, and the selection of pastries and luncheon items were very nice. *The manager tells us that the Chef at Raw Bar, in the Hotel Arts was responsible, and made the food fresh every morning. I hope this is true for the remaining locations Sad to see this shop closed, and hoping another coffee shop will open on 1st street. Starbucks isn't cutting it. KLM
