I've been frequenting this establishment for over a year now, usually multiple times per week as it's on my way to work.
Honestly, I'm not sure what all of the whining and complaining I've read in other reviews is all about.
They have great coffee and great food. Tim, the owner/operator, is fantastic and is very pleasant. He noticeably takes pride in preparing whatever it may be at the given moment.
Coffee-wise, I normally go with the house blend which is a mild roast. The do have a coffee called dutch chocolate which is out of this world. The chocolate taste is very subtle but yet makes for a delicious cup without being overbearing.
Food-wise I would recommend their tuna salad (I'm not of fan of extreme amounts of mayo which is why I love it), their chicken Caesar wrap (amazing) or any of their specialty sandwiches. They're very generous with the portions.
My only would be complaints are their service on Sunday morning thru mid-afternoon (good luck if you're in a hurry and ordering more than a cup of coffee). To a smaller extent would be the cost of their breakfast sandwiches. You get plenty of egg, however not too much of whichever meat you choose.
Other than that, this place doesn't give me any reason to stop going. I think the negative reviews are a bit over dramatic.
