  • I wish I could select ZERO stars. My mom passed away and I was left with caring for the family home. Some things needed to be done like replace the 20 year old carpet! so I called Express based on a friends recommendation. The sales guy( cant remember the name) came by late for the appointment for the estimate so we were pressed for time now. He spent more than 30 mins for less than 1,300 sq ft upstairs. Then when he was done said he needed to come back another time after he calculated the cost. I asked ballpark based on what measurements he took and was astounded by the price, it didnt seem right how expensive it was even for the "low cost carpet". Not to mention during the entire time talking with this guy he kept making comments on how "lucky" I am to have this house ,even though my mom died. I couldn't believe the insensitive comments coming out of his mouth. A little advice for the sales department dont comment on someones home and talk about how much their house is worth if you are there to install carpet its none of your business! needless to say I ended up going with a different company who was professional and straight forward with their pricing and in my opinion better quality. Dont waste your time or money on Express Flooring.
