  • I have three dogs that come to this grooming location. They are very shy and wary of strangers. It's hard for them to get comfortable with people that we meet outside my home. For the longest time our groomer was Kacey but she longer works at this location. They absolutely adored her (but it took months for them to). Her absence sucked because it meant they would go back to being anxious while being groomed and I felt bad for the groomer who had to deal with their constant tears. Thankfully, I got Jordan and Elizabeth (Liz) who they instantly loved. My little Chihuahua is the most anxious and whiny but he really ended up liking Jordan and I no longer feel him shake when handing him off to her. She's the only one who I'll send him to because she's good at making him feel cared for and safe. My other two dogs love Liz! She's such a sweet gal and easy to talk to. She always makes sure to give them TLC and I LOVE LOVE LOVE that she spends a few minutes talking to them in the waiting area before she takes them back. It calms them down and makes them happy to go with her. Although Yelp won't let me post videos, I have many of both showering my pups with love. Thank you, Jordan and Elizabeth! For being so awesome and doing such a great job with my pups! :]
