  • So yesterday I was told by Rick Belhumeur (Director Of Operations) Wet 'n' Wild Las Vegas that my credit card company reversed the charges in July so he took our passes from us and said he lost money and we need to leave. I tried to explain how that wasn't so and said let me call Discover or let me see a computer to prove it, he refused. I asked for any proof that Discover did that, he said "We are not going to show you anything!" I spent 45 minutes with Discover only to find out what I already knew. There was no charge back. This guy Rick Belhumeur was a jerk to us. Not sure how far I am going with this besides 3 years we bought passes but never again and anyone who ever asks me about Wet n Wild will get this story and a be warned how they treat people -- feeling Ripped Off By WET N WILD
