  • We were offered an audio deck unit last night for 50% off.. Last unit was out of stock and were offered the demo if we came in today. Manager lied about the unit and wouldn't give it to us today saying it wasn't their policy. At first entry when we saw the manager at the entrance we thought he was just a floor person he was so arrogant and pompous. He said he couldnt sell us that unit less than full price and then went on to tell us it wouldnt work out of there. I saw the full unit an its the same as any. I won first place in robotics for Canada so its safe to say he lied to the wrong guy. The first fix in this store would be removing that manager and doing appropriate training with staff. Judging by staff it sounded like this is an ongoing problem there. I have also found on being here on one previous time at this location staff to be quite rude 15 minutes before closing time. They could do a lot better here.
