  • I went to Shane's normally I'm very happy with with service and with the quality but my husband bought me a mother's day ring and a diamond fell out in 10 days we went in and waited I got no apology or I'm sorry instead Chris said I might have hit it and knocked it out that the other diamonds are ok I didn't hit it I have bought 6 expensive rings with them that have set higher then this one but to blame it on me I'm upset just want my money back not buying anything else which I'm upset I used to love that place
