  • If you are looking for a place where the doctors and staff genuinely care about your health care, go somewhere else. I had a mole removed on my back last year in a different state that was taken for biopsy and was determined to be "pre-cancerous". I made an appt with Dr. Bellew to get it re-checked bc I noticed a new mole growing in its spot. She barely even looked me in the eye and told me that she couldn't do anything until she saw the biopsy report from the previous doctor. She told me to drop it off bc if I faxed it, it could get lost. Red flag #1... The same week, I drove up to the office and dropped off my paperwork where the secretary (unkind and unprofessional) assured me that it would be placed in my file and the doctor would call me. A week passes, no call. 2 weeks pass, no call. When I called to follow-up, they had no record of the paperwork. Red flag #2.... I then drive it back up there and ask to have Nicole (Dr. Bellew's nurse) show it to the doctor while I was in waiting room. So, I sit there and wait for 15 minutes. Nicole returns to tell me that she can't find my file but once she does, she will talk to the doctor and call me with how she wants to proceed. This was MONTHS ago. No phone call from anyone. These doctors simply don't care....you are just a number and a paycheck to them. You deserve MUCH better healthcare and owe it to yourself to go elsewhere!
