They did a good job on the eyebrow threading, but their return policy for products that is clearly stated on the bottom of the receipt, means absolutely nothing to them. They would not give me my money back for the product with my receipt, I was within the 30days!! I do believe it's against the law to not honor what is clearly state on the receipt as a policy for a business. I called the number on the receipt, only to be told to go back in and call them back, so they could speak to the person who provided the service. All I wanted was my money back, is it really that hard?
