  • Easily the worst management company I've dealt with. They refuse to allow you to take the application/lease to a lawyer, demand things that are now considered human rights violations, fail to meet the most basic maintenance standards, ignore the RTA/LTB rullings, and will threaten to evict you at every turn, good tenant or not. Save yourself the nightmare, go anywhere else.
