  • We stopped in to have my ring cleaned. Jocelyn was so eager to help us....she jumped up and out immediately when my husband asked for help. As it was cleaned we were looking around and saw some items we'd possible be interested in inquiring about.....we another couple came in with their jewelry and questions she stopped cleaning our ring, had an another associate look up their account, leaving the ring cleaning and dog take over their issues. We stood there for 15 min no acknowledgement nothing! Just left is and kept my ring!!! Another female associate just wondered around and a male(Daniel) was sitting and finally came over, apologized got is our ring back. Then we did look at what we wanted. He was very nice but unfortunately the impression and taste we have in our mouth is of Jocelyn leaving and never again saying anything and keeping our jewelry.
