rev:text	Nicole at the front desk was AMAZING - she greated us immediately and was sweet and helpful when calling to book the appointment earlier in the week. The staff at the spa area was helpful and friendly and we really enjoyed the walk around tour to aclimate ourselves to the facility. I loved the sauna, except that it was very cold at 830am but seemed to warm up as the day progressed. The steam room is excellent, just wish there was aromatherapy to go with it :) The showers are nice but dirty and the sinks seemed to always be full of hair :/ There were no light snacks except for the cucumbers for your eyes that were way too big for the eyes so I ate them.. Zero shame :) The choice of water or the punch was amazing and I am glad the water was infused and not bland. The changing area is small and the benches to sit on are small and you're sharing this one bench with about 5 women so that was a pain in itsself because half the women in there were selfish and wouldn't move their belongings. If I could give the Salon side of things one star, I would... We were trying to change into clothes for our pedicures (my friend and I) and were told we had time until we were trying to hand in our keys and robes etc so we wouldn't be charged and a russian woman comes barking at us "YOU ARE LATE WE NEED TO GO NOW!" Which in reality we were maybe 5 minutes late for our appointment. The pedicure area looked like a cheap, asian salon that you'd see every where else in the world... It smelled, the selection of polish was awful and old and the seats were old and disgusting.... There was dust everywhere and the woman CUT ME on my cuticles..... She didn't even say sorry, acted as if I did something wrong. Then she had me soak my feet in COLD water... I paid $99 for a crappy half assed foot massage that lasted 2 minutes and was while she was using RUBBER gloves (OUCH) and two kinds of scrubs that looked cheap and a crappy "mask" - I was thoroughly disappointed....I have had better pedicures for $25 and paying for this crap (literally thats what it was) was not worth the money....... She didn't even get my ingrown toenails our NOR did she smooth the bottom of my feet.. I had to go home and use my pumice stone to get my feet smooth... Overall the Spa is amazing and the staff there was wonderful and helpful and I highly recommend Flower for facials - but do NOT go to the Salon whatever you do...
