rev:text	I love the drs & nurses at this office, they are great. They are the only reason I even put up with the shit that goes on here. The front desk staff just is not professional. While there are 2-3 girls up there and are good the rest are not. I have had appointments cancelled by them the same day, more than once. I called to reschedule due to an emergency, once and was told I would be charged $30 because their time matters. I didn't want to cancel, just reschedule. I went in anyway because I didn't want to pay the $30 for a reschedule. I arrived 15 mins. Early as requested, one hour after my scheduled appointment time is when I saw the dr. I guess my time means nothing. I have had them hang up on me. I have had to wait so long that I had to go ask what was going on and been told they didn't think they had any patients still. I have had them try to charge me and say my insurance was not taken there (it is, for sure), I have had them tell my appointment was at a different time and when I said it wasn't been called a liar and had to show my confirmation text to prove it, then had them telI me I'd have to wait for an opening to be seen, even though it wasn't my mistake. I have even had them mix me up with someone else. Luckily I questioned what the nurse was saying and asked questions. I don't know how this is all ok. It is 100% the front desk staff that is the issue. Ashley and Yazmin (she answers phones at the other location) are the most rude, unprofessional people I have encountered. I stopped going to the Pecos location because of the shitty attitudes of everyone, now the shitty service might make me find a new office all together. Please either train your staff or find better staff!
