| - PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH KIA COCHRAN ROBINSON! I never do these feedback things but I feel that in this case it is absolutely needed. I had been trying to purchase a vehicle from Cochran in Robinson for almost 2 months. Every time I would pick a car they would sell it before I could actually make it in. Standard employees usually work 8-5's so I guess with in an 8hr time frame they are selling to who comes first even when you've started paperwork. Rude, but I guess that's their way of being money hungry! Before trading it in I asked if fixing my front end body work would increase my value and they said yes. I go out of my way and get my car fixed and come back a few days later ready to buy another car. I came back Monday July 20th with all proof of body work and recall maintenance done. I picked a 2014 Sorento and then we started getting into business.....The sales manager John who appraised my car came back and quoted me 12.500,$500 less than the first time of 13,000 before it was fixed! I was baffled and EXTREMELY displeased why in the hell would I pay a deductible to fix my car for more value and then try to pull a fast one and quote me for less. He was so arrogant and acting as if I were the irrational one. He stated they did not have the paperwork from the first one. NOT MY PROBLEM BUDDY, you should keep all paperwork when it comes to money. He speaks to his manager and comes back and quotes me for 13,500...Surprise. I agree and they keep me there till 9pm just to tell me the banks are closed and they can't get me any numbers...Well ya OBVIOUSLY they are closed and now you're in a rush to get home after you've had me sit here since 5 pm. The next day I am set to come in at 5pm after work and they call me as my husband and I are on our way to tell us not to come because the bank supposedly "pulled our loan for our other vehicle with a completely different bank as the trade in, not my sportage". Wait....A. that does not make any sense and B. WHY didn't you get this figured out prior to my appointment time. My husband and I called our sales consultant Bruce Turner who was actually the only helpful person I had been working with for almost 2 months. Told him we weren't moving forward because we just feel like we keep getting strung along and misled. Sure enough 2 hours later @8pm Josh the sales manager calls me and tells me he has the #'s ready for me. I asked him one simple question, "what would my monthly payments be?" He said, "I wasn't expecting all these questions, let me ask my sales supervisor and I'll have him call you right back. I'm sorry but who wouldn't ask int% rates and monthly payments? Disappointment after disappointments. 9pm rolls around and I didn't receive a call. Next day (Thursday the 23rd) all day no call. I finally received a phone call at 9pm on my voicemail from Bruce (sales consultant) stating the numbers...Seriously? No manager could have called me ALL DAY when they know the terrible service I had been experiencing. My husband and I decided on Monday that we would call and let them know to move forward. I wanted to make sure that I could just come in the morning and not be all there all day for no reason again, the manager assured me I'd be in and out. Finally was able to pick up my car yesterday July 28th. It seemed as if no one was concerned about all the mess and chaos I was dragged through. No discounts, services or anything was offered to compensate me for all the trouble. Not that I care to have it but the gesture would have been nice! I never even received an apology from Jason the supervisor, not once and he is/was very aware of everything. If it wasn't for Bruce constantly calling me and apologizing on the behalf of his managers and supervisors incompetence for a lack of words, I can assure you I would have never done business there. I was off to Baerl Kia to do business But After almost 2 months later and almost 2 weeks of hell just to get it, The only thing I am grateful for is that I finally left with a car and don't have to deal with them in sales again. This small essay doesn't even do my situation justice for what I was actually put through. GOOD RIDDANCE!
