If possible they don't even deserve a star. So they promise to send somebody Saturday between 12 and 3pm. The time comes no call no show. I call them at 2:50 pm they say nothing is scheduled and they won't send someone because they failed in insuring it was in the system. This was per Johnathan that works there who claims to be a supervisor. Even though already confirmed. We specifically talked to them the day prior to confirm. Instead of sending someone asap for there failure they said well we can schedule you two days later more than 48 hrs after they were suppose to send someone. They said they can't help if there staff was incompetent to put it in the system and if we want to complain we can call back when Michael Potter the GM is in on Monday. Because apparently he doesn't work till the day they want to send someone. Oh and the service rep sounded like he was on some drugs.
