  • What fitness place charges you for classes (I have 30 credits) and then won't allow you to workout? That was the case yesterday at the Mayo location for OTF. I booked the class (from my prepaid classes) and showed up to be refused admission. I've worked out at several locations over the last 2+ years. Big fan of OTF. Loyal customer of OTF. NOT THIS LOCATION. Frankly, all the people at this location were great up until yesterday. Wouldn't let me workout because they needed a scanned credit card. I didn't have my wallet. So no admission even though it was 6am, I was prebooked from a prepaid class credit (their app) and they have my credit card in the app!!! But they charged me for the class! What?! I just checked the online log. Something is awry. Bad faith and bad customer handling. Sad really. Turned a loyal OTFer into an angry former customer. I'll go elsewhere for OTF but not this location. Not without a major apology. And them crediting my account.
