  • ZERO stars. DO NOT GO HERE! After being a client of this place for a while, this weekend my poor Bichon-poodle was horrible shaved by this very rude lady. When I drop her off, I told her that I did not want to have the dog shaved and even show her a picture of the last time she got a pretty hair cut. She was not being very polite at the beginning (I should have left right then with my baby), but she promised me that she would not do it and that she was glad I showed he the picture so she knew want to do. When I came back to pick my doggy, I was horrified by the unprofessional manner in which me and my dog have been treated by this lady. My dog was shave, now you can see the skin, even the head! Worse of all the hair cut is uneven, the head one side longer than the other, the hears one cut super closed to the skin and the other one long, the tail uneven too!. Her excuse was the dog was matted, for which I told her since the beginning that only the legs in the front were a little bit, not all of it, beside this could been fix by combing the hair with patience which obviously this person did not have any! But I will no longer be taking my dog after what occurred on Saturday. All I have to say is I am extremely disappointed, considering that we paid the full price for this job. Never have I ever seen such a horrible and patchy groom on a dog. The people who work here are manipulative and vindictive. I have never in my life been so appalled by services rendered by a business. I cannot express with words how disgusted what was done to my beautiful dog who was botched and mistreated. She was supposed to be given a teddy bear cut for the holiday pictures, but instead was given a full shave down like you would a sheep. It is uneven and extremely patchy. My poor dog is unrecognizable and depressed as of what happened at this groomers. There was never permission given to do such a thing. DO NOT GO TO HERE!
