  • I have to agree with Joanna. We were not impressed with this office or Dr. Syms. The first visit we waited over an hour past our appointment time and once we finally saw Dr. Syms he was just so.... abrasive. The second visit went better but in the end we decided this was not the best office for us. Our daughters case is not typical and we needed a Dr. we could be comfortable with to guide us and hear our concerns, not just ignore our concerns & give us no information or guidance. The desk staff just drove the nail into the coffin, they were SO rude when I would call.
