Terrible, terrible service. The first thing the saleman did was look at my current car and asked me if I planned to trade. I said that I was unsure at the time and would just like to look at some Jeeps that day and was not in a hurry to purchase one. Not interested in discussing a trade-in at the time. Not 10 minutes later one of the managers came up and TOLD me to give him my keys so they could look at my current car. I had not even looked at a Jeep yet. I should have gotten up and left at that time, but I stayed. I explained to the salesman that I was looking for something used in a VERY specific price range. What did they do? Drove up a very nice, brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee and asked me if I wanted to test drive it. I made it clear that I liked the car but felt it was out of my price range. They acted as if the price was no big deal. When we got back in from test driving, they finally told me the car was almost 15,000 out of my price range. Like, really? I promptly told them that I made it clear that I could not afford something of that price. Their attitudes then changed and they barely even thanked me for my time (2 hours). What a waste of time. They then bugged me for the next 2 weeks via phone call. Said they found me something that was much cheaper than the one I test drove. If they would have shown that to me to begin with, I may be driving a Jeep right now. Thankfully, the Honda dealership in my hometown treated me right and I'm the new owner of a brand new Accord that was in my price range.
