  • Great location. Everything is clean and neat. Maintenance? Oh? Keep the crib clean? My pleasure. That's my favorite part: filters? Here you go. Light bulb? Let us bring a ladder. This place lets me live stress free. I pay, and that's that. Landscaping: done. Pool: the guy is skimming it every day when I leave for work. It sparkles. Hector was a leasing agent when we met, he's the manager now. I appreciate that too, we know what to expect from one another. He runs his team well and creates solutions. Yeah, the AC is loud...but who cares? You'll be frosty AF when its 112 outside.
