  • I made a special request for certain flowers and greenery for a Mother's Day bouquet. I chose flowers that are in season on purpose. While I understand that there is no guarantee of getting every flower that I requested, I would expect to see at least a few of them. Instead, they sent my mother-in-law a bunch of cheap filler--carnations, mums, lilies, etc. She thought the bouquet was nice, but it isn't what I ordered. They should have contacted me if they were going to substitute out every flower. They were delivered on time, otherwise they would be getting two stars.
