| - I wish I could leave zero stars. Every time I come here the service just gets worse. I have worked every FOH position in restaurants and I understand how things work, I understand servers get busy and service may be slow, but this was unacceptable. Me and a couple of friends seat ourselves in a booth around 9:30 on a Thursday night, and there was not much going on. We didn't even see a server for about 15 minutes. She eventually came over with no menus, and no introduction whatsoever. My two friends ordered alcohol the same time we ordered food. The drinks weren't delivered to the table for 20 minutes after being ordered, and the food took 30 minutes, for one order of wings and two baskets of fries. Our server was completely unapologetic and rude. Refused to make any eye contact and practically slammed the drinks on the table. By the time the food got there our sodas were empty, but of course she didn't notice. Our food was delivered without any silverware or napkins. She never came to check on us, so I reached my limit and asked to see the manager. I explained to him that we have no utensils or napkins, drinks are empty, she hasn't checked on us, our food and drinks took 30 minutes, etc. But once again, another careless employee. The manager was unapologetic as well, and was quite frankly rude. He asked what drinks we had and left. Those drink refills probably took another 15 minutes. In any other restaurant the manager would've gone to the bar to make the drinks themselves and deliver them to the unhappy table to ensure satisfaction. But this place could care less about guest satisfaction. At this point we were ready to just walk out. We had to ask for the checks, which took another 15 minutes. She couldn't remember which of the three of us had wings, and which two had fries. It's not that complicated. She then came up to me to tell me her excuses. She said we just missed a huge rush. KEY WORD "MISSED." Then she proceeded to come up with another excuse that she had a large party. Note, we can see this party, and as a server I noticed just like us, all of their drinks were empty, and that was her only other table! She had two tables, one 9 top and our small table. If you can't handle that you shouldn't be serving. Since she never introduced herself I had to find out her name from our receipts. Jaime S. Just couldn't get it right. One thing after another. Then after dropping off our books, she couldn't even remember to give us pens. The manager stopped by once again to give us $5 off coupons.I have never witnessed anything so low class. We left the coupons on the table because we will never be back to use them. We paid our bills in full, with zero comps. I understand when it is okay to have slow service, and when it's not. I know how certain situations should be handled by a manager and how they shouldn't. I don't even know the managers name, he never introduced himself, another unprofessional thing. We couldn't even fathom what happened. I left BEYOND disappointed. What was supposed to be a quick 45 minute after work gathering, turned into a two hour ordeal.
