  • My family has been going to LensCrafters at Beachwood Mall for years. Dr. Beal is incredibly kind and has always demonstrated such professionalism and honesty with us, and we've have entirely positive experiences with nearly all his staff. What drove me to write this review was the amazing customer service I received today when I went in to exchange frames and lenses. The glasses I was exchanging apparently qualified for their 30-day return policy, and the LensCrafters staff helped me to articulate what I didn't like about my glasses and to find a new pair that I am very satisfied with. The new pair is even covered by the 1-year insurance policy I had purchased for my old glasses, which made things even easier. Overall, the staff was kind and unbelievably easy to work with. (On top of that, I was walking in today without an appointment, and the customer service was still exceptional.)
