  • One of our heat pump units went "on the blink", and so I hastily Googled the options while my lovely wife started calling for quotes. Initially,NRS weren't invited to "present" on the dining room table because wife had a hard time understanding the fellow on the other end of the line. But with quotes coming in around $9,500, we decided to give them a go,. Turns out that "Tim" (or is it "Timur"?) is pretty easy to understand in the flesh, and presented a number of options -- from refilling to full service to replacement equipment. Funny that the other bidders weren't as prepared. NRS quote was quite reasonable,so given this and that they clearly wanted our business, we went with them. No regrets whatsoever, They returned calls. They did what they said they'd do -- or faster -- and the whole thing was over in a day (work crew), Time from signing contract to starting work was 2 days as I remember. :"Tim" did return to our house the following day with some touch-up paint to repaint something he'd knocked while carting stuff up and down from the attic. He did this unbidden -- i'd not noticed. These folks are hard working and fabulous. They've been in business for only about 2 years and deserve our support.
