  • I was referred to Wilburn due to an auto accident where I was rear ended on Billy Graham Pkwy. The other guys insurance company recommended this shop. I was hesitant initially because I'm very picky about my car. Boy was I wrong. I dropped it off on a Friday, they texted me daily with the progress ea day. By Wednesday afternoon my car was repaired like new, washed, waxed and buffed to perfection! The customer service was great. My only disappointment was the rental car service in their shop couldn't give me a comparable car but it was only 5 days. Although I read the negative reviews I didn't experience that type of service. I will definitely recommend this place. All I can say is try for yourself...
