  • Travis the manager is the root of the problem at this location. Ice cream machine is broken, the young boy in the front is handing people incomplete wrong orders, our food is ready finally (the 3/$1 sandwiches) and then Travis realizes there is no smoothie made. The boy attempts to make the smoothie and the bag is out. Next Travis rudely throws the bag of food towards us after realizing the order was out and then handed us a small smoothie and we paid for a medium. What an idiot. Get better management to help these young kids on the front end to teach them how to do their basic job.
