  • I've learned that it's not the staff that is the problem here, it is the general practice. Their policy is to get as many people in for appointments as possible. This is why they never answer their phone and avoid phone conversations about test results. THEY ARE FOCUSED ON YOUR MONEY AND NOT YOUR HEALTH. Stay away!
