The first time I came here I brought in 2 pairs of pants, one with what was turning into a hole on the knee and another pair with a hole in the thigh. These were both mended and within 1 wear they both tore in the same spots.
I brought in the nicer dress pants to sew again because I love these pants. (When I went to pick them up I was behind another person who was picking up an item that wasn't ready yet and they never received a call.) The work that was done on the knee of my pants was ugly, they went from nice dress pants to crappy pants. (The knees on these pants are similar to a moto style so lots of seams) The tear in the seam was fixed by folding a piece of leather over top that but it wasn't even the same length as the old seam and wasn't a consistent width across, also it stuck out like a sore thumb compared to the other leg.
So I said I wasn't happy with them and the man at the front desk said the man who sews them will call me (this was on a friday). I hadn't heard anything so I called on wednesday and he mentioned how he would fix it, I asked if I could come in to see what he meant. When I went in it sounded like it would basically look like a patch which is something I could do. I decided to take my pants back which now have a larger hole thanks to the work they did (plus an additional smaller hole).
