  • I can't say enough positive things about the experience we've had with this company. From the owner(Juan)-who is hands on & oversees the job-to his crew of the most profession, polite & hardworking group we've ever hired, Prime Rose Landscaping gets our 5 star rating and our repeat business. What we also found extremely impressive is their willingness to follow up after the jobs were completed to see that we were 100% satisfied! We had Prime Rose remove 6 trees, trim the remaining trees and bushes on our property, grind the stumps, mulch & level our beds, remove large tree roots & seed a large area in our backyard. Not only did they do an exceptional job, any of the add on jobs that I requested (the leveling, seeding and roots removal) were met with Juan saying, "Not a problem! We can do that for you." He even did some extra work for us at no charge! Juan's mantra is, "If you're not happy, we will come back until you are!" which is unheard of now a days. With other companies that we have hired after the job was done, we were lucky if we got a call back! There was a stump that needed a bit more grinding and Juan sent his crew back within a day after my phone call along with an apology and with no excuses! As for the clean up after the work was completed, again we give Juan & the Prime Rose's crew 5++ stars. Next year we plan to add on to our patio and we were thrilled to know that Prime Rose also does design and install. We will definitely be hiring this company again for all of our landscaping needs. It so refreshing to hire a company that takes pride in their work and delivers what they promise!
