  • I worked with Ted at TQ Diamonds when purchasing a hand-engraved Tacori engagement ring. They carried all the options that I could want, and offered the best prices I could find. What I did not expect was the exceptionally high-level of service I got from Ted. My email inquiries about the selected ring before purchase, placing my order, changing the stone size, requests for status updates, and delivery questions were all typically answered within minutes. I was also helped to get my order in before a price change went into effect for Tacori, as noted on the TQ website. Ted followed this order all the way through, and even called the shipping company to answer one of my inquiries after the ring had been shipped. I received the ring last Friday and I have to say it is spectacular. I hope she loves it too! Proposing a life together is already one of the most unnerving things in life, and TQ diamonds helped make getting the hardware that much easier. I highly recommend them for anyone looking to purchase a high-quality ring with even higher quality customer service.
